How Enjoei grew 232% in acquired users

Enjoei, an e-commerce app from Brazil, joined Rocket Lab to get users to make their first in-app purchase and also to increase engagement from existing users.

Enjoei is an e-commerce app available on the web and in apps for Android and iOS. The store is famous for selling men's and women's clothing, as well as items from other categories, such as cell phones and electronics. Anyone over 18 can put their clothes up for sale in their own stores on the platform, while customers can buy items directly from the owner.

Goal

Enjoei's main objective was to get “New Buyers”, that is, users who make their first purchase in the app. As a secondary goal, they wanted to get “recurring shoppers,” users who often make in-app purchases.

Solution

Rocket Lab created a user acquisition campaign for both operating systems, Android and iOS, with a CPA purchase model, using proprietary technology: Space.

Together with Enjoei, we were able to generate over 100,000 sales transactions through the app, with over 26,000 new users coming through Rocket Lab campaigns from October 2020 to May 2021.

We were able to reduce the average CAC for new buyers by 36% in just 6 months. At the same time, we grew from the beginning of the year to June by 232% of the users acquired. Traffic remained quality and healthy from the start, Rocket Lab covered everything with its anti-fraud regardless of what Enjoei was using with its own prevention technology, so it was more than protected throughout the campaign.
